Written in Kanji, soyo means small smile or small happiness. This is what Soyo offers through their cuisine and atmosphere.
Opened in March 2010, Soyo is a small locally owned and operated barstaurant catering to the South-West side of Las Vegas. Owner David Sim opened Soyo with the intent of bringing authentic Korean street food and Korean culture to his restaurant.
